Director Gilmer (Speaker 13) presented the MOU and described it as a vehicle to "further authoriz[e] defining cooperation between the county and the village for the preparation, submission, administration and potential implementation of the 2027 RAISE grant application for air service at the airport." A council member noted the Colfax County Commission had unanimously approved the same MOU earlier that day.
The council approved the MOU on roll call.
