Board appoints Tammy Olin to vacant District 3 seat, reorganizes officers

Tammy Olin addressed the board during an earlier interview when asked about motivations and strengths. "I'm very good at organizing and thinking through different angles in-depth," Olin told members, and said she would serve "as long as y'all and people wanna elect me and have me served."
