Clerk Jess Hoge reported payroll and claims were signed, timecards and employee leave records were reviewed, and that Deputy Clerk Jeanne Wheeler's new printer has arrived and is working.
On the courthouse renovation, project representative Brad Kahler (by Zoom) said he will be on site for a contractor and subcontractor walk‑through on Aug. 20, 2024 and that the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) is scheduled for review Sept. 4 with Brad and Shawn. The commissioners discussed locations to store supplies during construction.
