Montana Department of Transportation notified the county that the Main Street bridge replacement "may qualify" for funding under a program referenced in the minutes as "58536." The county had already submitted an MCEP grant tied to the bridge expense, and the minutes say Stahley Engineering will continue to track program opportunities and advise the county. The county also submitted a Coal Grant application seeking funds for courthouse HVAC work. The minutes state the Coal Board will meet in mid‑December and announce decisions the same day.
