Noblesville council sets Aug. 11 hearings for two residential annexations

The transcript at one point refers to the annexation area as approximately 60 acres and later as approximately 55 acres; staff asked that a public hearing be set for Aug. 11. The plan development includes a mix of single‑family products, townhomes, duplex units and alley‑loaded products. Council approved setting the public hearing by hand vote (recorded as 8-0).
Both items were introduced for consideration and will return to the council for public hearings on Aug. 11, 2026. Staff submitted fiscal analyses and planning summaries as part of the introductions.
