President Schall, Trustee Cermak, Constable Castellano, PC Member Bill Cosban and PC Member Mark Hyde all voted yes.
Commissioners confirmed the proposed plans comply with zoning and setback requirements before the vote. The record notes the shed is “slightly larger” than the previous structure and replaces one damaged in the May 15, 2025 storm; no variance or special permit was recorded in the minutes.
