The council reviewed a permit application filed by applicants Jade Malaterre and Eric McCloud for the property described in the application as "OTS E 12.5’ of N 60’ Lot 6 Blk 10."
Councilmember Damond Schemmel moved to approve the building permit "as presented," and Councilmember William Fritz seconded the motion. All members present voted "AYE," and the motion carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
The action taken was limited to approving the building permit as submitted; no further conditions, amendments or continuances were recorded in the meeting minutes. There were no recorded objections or abstentions.
