For the crack‑sealing program staff reported two bids: SKC Construction Inc. (West Dundee) at $96,200.00 and Denver Inc. (Joliet) at $80,600.00.
The chair said the board will refer the submissions to the public works committee and the village engineer to evaluate bidder qualifications and to return recommendations to the board. Trustees thanked bidders and noted that opening bids at night is a transparency practice.
