Board approves DNR intergovernmental agreement on private wells; acknowledges Mitchell County health services arrangement

The Board of Health had previously approved and signed the Mitchell County agreement; supervisors discussed the potential for future working relationships if Mitchell County pursues shared services for efficiency.
During the same meeting the board also acknowledged personnel and service matters from the public health packet: the hiring of part‑time on‑call home care aide Elizabeth Deer to start July 20 at $17.90 per hour, and the announced retirement of Anne Knudson (public health administrative assistant) effective Dec. 31, 2026. Those personnel actions were recorded as acknowledgements following the Board of Health’s actions.
