Council members asked clarifying questions about what HWC would perform versus what town staff would handle; Katie said the firm can provide as much or as little assistance as the town prefers and that she and a colleague have already discussed a proposed cost breakdown with the town manager.
No formal vote was taken; council members expressed general familiarity with CCMG and asked staff to consider timing and scope if the town wants HWC’s assistance.
