Several neighbors told the Bernards Township Committee on July 14 they oppose a developer’s plan for the former Lord Sterling School property at 99 Lord Sterling Road and urged township officials to require compliance with current zoning.
"He has done nothing to maintain it," said Anthony Rizzorno, a Sherwood Drive resident, accusing the owner, identified in comments as Mr. Rucker, of leaving filled dumpsters, failing to clear snow and allowing the property to deteriorate.
