A motion to approve the Dec. 3, 2024 minutes was made by Geoffrey Vorlander and seconded by Charlie Luthin. A voice vote was recorded as Vorlander, Luthin, Ripp, Hansen, Brady and Larsen — Aye (6); Nay (0). The motion carried.
Parks financial reports were presented and the committee had no questions. James Lincoln, Utilities, Streets and Parks Superintendent, provided an update on the departments he supervises; no formal actions resulted from that report.
The committee set Spring Creek and the park walls for future agenda discussion and scheduled its next meeting for Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 5:00 p.m. A motion to adjourn (moved by Geoffrey Vorlander; seconded by Charlie Luthin) passed on a voice vote with the same aye votes recorded; the meeting ended at 6:05 p.m.
