Pardeeville board approves parking changes, park improvements and DPW staffing updates

On staffing and equipment, trustees approved an updated lineman job description and posting with an open hire date and competitive wage. The board approved a DPW director contract permitting up to 40 hours per week and agreed to replace AED pads after staff reported manufacturer support would end. Senior Center items approved included a $125 contract increase for a walking path (to be paid from donated funds) and a $310 sprinkler inspection scheduled for May.
Why it matters: these decisions affect day-to-day municipal operations, park amenities and public-safety preparedness. Approving the DPW director hours and posting the lineman role addresses staffing capacity for planned maintenance and projects.
