One procurement-related item recorded mixed roll-call votes: approval of Strategic Solutions shredding and scanning service quote (item 6.02) drew opposing votes during roll call and was not supported by a unanimous majority.
Motions were generally made by VP Rodriguez or Trustee Gomez and seconded by Secretary Smith or other trustees; votes were taken by roll call as part of the meeting record. Where trustees asked clarifying questions (for example on vendor payment timing and stipend effective dates in the personnel report) staff provided clarifications and committed to corrections to be included in the administrative record.
The board adjourned at the close of the meeting; the next regular meeting is scheduled for Aug. 11, 2026.
