Council Member Hicks then moved to approve the third reading of Ordinance 213-27, Council Member Kelly seconded, and the council approved the ordinance by the same unanimous voice vote.
The ordinance number and chapter were read into the record; no members of the public spoke during the hearing. The council did not discuss substantive amendments to the ordinance during the meeting and provided no additional changes on the record.
