The clerk reported that the Village Clerk’s office received the request on Aug. 26, 2024, that Quinn meets residency requirements, and that a background check had been completed and approved by Chief Spentana. “The $10 fee has been paid,” the clerk said, and recommended the board amend the license accordingly to name Patrick Quinn as corporate agent.
A trustee moved to approve the appointment and another trustee seconded; the board voted in favor and the motion carried. No public comment was recorded on the item.
The appointment amends the license records for retail alcohol license 24-60 and was recorded on the meeting minutes under agenda item 7B.
