The Potosi School District board approved the 2026–2027 school calendar and current expenditures at a regular meeting Dec. 3, 2025, at the Keith C. Livens Auditorium, President Curt McMahon presiding. The meeting began at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
Craig Bierman moved to approve the minutes from the Nov. 5, 2025 regular meeting; Peggy Udelhoven seconded and the motion was recorded as passed (6-0). The lower tally reflects that Ryne Emler is recorded as arriving at 5:01 p.m., after the motion was made.
Peggy Udelhoven moved, seconded by Connie Haberkorn, to approve the current expenditures as presented. The board approved the expenditures by roll call: all yes, 7-0.
Under new business the board reviewed "Potosi Pantry of Plenty" as a non-action item and received administrative reports listed as: PK–12 Principal Mike Uppena and District Administrator Kurt Cohen. Construction updates were noted under unfinished business and were marked "not for action."
Later in the agenda Craig Bierman moved to approve the 2026–2027 school calendar; Ryne Emler seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
Peggy Udelhoven moved, seconded by Connie Haberkorn, to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 p.m.; the motion passed 7-0. The minutes were submitted by Craig Bierman, Board Clerk.
