Trustee Steven Stringer moved to adopt the budget and Vice Chair Douglas Baker seconded; the motion carried 4–0 after a public hearing that opened at 6:43 p.m. and closed at 6:45 p.m.
The board approved the consent agenda (invoices and minutes for Feb. 20 and May 13, 2026) on a motion by Stringer with a second from Vice Chair Baker; the vote was 4–0.
