On a motion by Laura Brockett, seconded by Nate Reid, the Randolph Forest Commission voted to approve the minutes of the March 5, 2025 meeting as presented.
During financial review, Mark Kelley reported the commission is "in good shape" with no outstanding invoices but that income is down about 20%. The commission recorded receipt of a payment from LandVest for $6,002.31 related to the Bowman Treasure and noted an invoice from LandVest for $4,900.00. DeGruttola said additional revenue is expected from saw-log sales.
No further fiscal actions were taken; the commission will continue to monitor revenues and contractor invoices.
