Planning Board appoints Jackie Kensen as alternate; accepts minutes and adjourns

The Town of Richmond Planning Board voted to appoint Jackie Kensen to serve as a Planning Board alternate, replacing Andrew Seamans. Doug Smith moved to appoint Kensen and Doug Bersaw seconded; a roll-call vote recorded Axtman, Bersaw, Butko and Smith as voting yes and the motion carried. Land Use Assistant Lisa La Clair will provide the documentation necessary for swearing-in.
The board also moved to accept the minutes of its Feb. 3, 2026 meeting as amended; the motion was made by Doug Smith and seconded by Greg Butko and recorded as approved unanimously. At the close of the agenda, Doug Bersaw moved to adjourn, Melissa Axtman seconded, and members voted to adjourn; the meeting ended at 7:43 p.m.
These procedural actions complete routine board business; the acceptance of minutes and the appointment will be reflected in the official record and minutes filing.
