He showed similar existing small utility buildings elsewhere in the city as visual precedents and said the project will require a lease/subdivision to place the building on airport property and a long‑term lease to pay rent to the airport authority.
No abutters or neighbors spoke in opposition during the public hearing portion on this item. The board offered no additional recommendations and staff noted no motion was required for the hearing; the project will continue through the usual administrative and permitting steps.
