Doug Cogan of Clean Energy New Hampshire told the committee about NEVI Phase 2, saying the state has received roughly $17,000,000 for fast chargers and that an RFP has a short response window. He explained most Phase 2 awards target installer/operators but that municipalities could play a direct applicant role; the group discussed potential exclusions if sites are within a proximity rule to existing fast chargers.
The committee agreed to review the NEVI corridor map and RFP, consult the regional planning commission, and continue pursuing Level‑2 grant opportunities and the ebike charging pilot.
