Board members asked whether the installation would carry ongoing costs; the director said the vendor described the work as a one‑time installation.
The board also reviewed an inspection report from a Midwest Roofing representative about entrance canopies. The rep noted low spots that trap water, delaminating sealant and areas where counter flashing could cut the membrane. The board took motions item‑by‑item: leaving the East entrance as-is, repairing the West entrance membrane and selecting Option 2 for the West Gym canopy; those motions passed.
The director said staff are still seeking a second bid for the elementary parking lot and expect to return with additional information by June. No final parking‑lot action was taken at this meeting.
