The Town of Lyme Budget Committee unanimously re-elected Richard Jones as chair and appointed William Malcolm vice chair during a Sept. 17 meeting held in person and via Zoom.
Rich Brown moved to approve the minutes of the public hearing of Feb. 5, 2025; Kristin Roth seconded, and the committee voted unanimously in favor. Judy Brotman then nominated Richard Jones for chair; Jennifer Boylston seconded and the committee voted unanimously to elect him. Brotman moved to appoint William Malcolm as vice chair, seconded by Boylston; that motion also passed unanimously.
The committee indicated the draft meeting schedule appears acceptable with the expectation that staff or members may propose adjustments later in the budget process. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and adjourned at 7:52 PM.
