Lisbon Cemetery Association records plot updates, notes headstone damage after vehicle accident

Association members updated their records: Todd Fisher and Todd Colby scanned new plots into the CemSites mapping system, and Lisa Heathe recorded a $1,325.00 payment to CemSites dated Jan. 28, 2025.
Todd Fisher reported that, at the end of January, a vehicle attempted to use the old road at Grove Hill Cemetery and broke several stones. The recording notes that Claude LaPete will perform repairs and that the person responsible for the accident will either submit the claim to their insurance or pay out of pocket.
Fisher also said he has not yet received a quote from Myles Barnes for removing several large cedar trees and will follow up to obtain that estimate.
Donna Knighton said she received names of War of 1812 and Civil War soldiers from Andrea Fitzgerald to support a Salmon Hole Cemetery cleanup and identification of veteran graves.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.; the next meeting was scheduled for Monday, March 31, 2025. Minutes were recorded by Lisa Heathe.
