Council also authorized the clerk-treasurer to assign general funds as needed for year-end adjustments through Dec. 31, 2025. The authorization was approved on a unanimous motion by Councilor Redman, seconded by Councilor Evers.
No budget amendments or tax-rate changes were recorded in the minutes; councilors discussed and then approved the budget as presented.
