She advised committee members that once the county moves past the October–December 2025 comparable months the rolling figure should change. A committee member asked whether the trend was concerning and requested an audit or clearer month‑over‑month comparisons; staff said state restrictions limit some data access but committed to further review.
The committee took no formal action on SPLOST at the meeting; staff will continue monitoring receipts and provide updates during the fiscal closeout process.
