During the June 15 special meeting, the Vicksburg Community Schools Board of Education moved into closed session to conduct a superintendent evaluation at the request of Superintendent Keevin O'Neill.
At 5:37 p.m. Tina Forsyth moved that the board enter closed session per O'Neill’s request; Stephanie Willoughby seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The board left closed session and adjourned the meeting at 8:33 p.m.
The minutes record the board’s action to enter closed session and the start and end times but do not disclose the content of the closed session or any votes taken while in closed session. The minutes state there were no members of the public in attendance for this special meeting.
