Commissioner Todd Devlin moved to accept and approve a cattle-guard petition submitted by Robert Dolatta; Commissioner Christine Keltner seconded and the motion passed with all in favor. The motion was recorded during the morning business session.
In the afternoon, Commissioner Devlin moved that the board take $60,000 from one of three accounts — Mineral Royalties (2894), Oil & Gas (2899) or LATCF (2995) — at the commissioners’ discretion when needed to fund litigation. Commissioner Dennis Teske seconded; the motion passed with all in favor. The motion does not specify an immediate transfer date and names the three accounts as potential sources.
Earlier in the day the board signed and accepted the Audit Scope & Objectives from Olness & Associates and reviewed vouchers presented by Deputy Clerk & Recorder Aria Walters.
