Premier Lakes reports maintenance, nano‑bubbler repair and storm prep at River Ridge

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes briefed the Board on routine lake and preserve maintenance and storm‑preparation activity.
Kurth said the lakes appear to be in very good shape and that work on preserves and dry retention areas is underway. Crews removed fallen trees from an FPL ditch and outfall structure in anticipation of an impending tropical storm. He reported that repairs to the Lake H1‑B nano‑bubbler—lost prime after being turned off—are scheduled to be completed the next day. Premier Lakes also adjusted service frequency from quarterly to monthly during the rainy season and will present proposals for the electrical work needed to relocate a compressor in the Masters Lake, with Mr. Shane Willis and Mr. Alex Kurth to provide those electrical proposals.
The Board received the update and will consider the electrical proposals at a future meeting when available.
