Board adopts 2025 update to district five‑year strategic plan

General Manager Glenn Jacklin explained that, per the district’s five‑year planning policy, staff prepare an annual update before the end of February to keep the plan always projected five years forward. The update incorporates completed goals and records progress on ongoing initiatives in the current fiscal year.
By motion of Director JoKay Rowe, seconded by Director Larry Walsh, the board adopted the strategic-plan update as presented. The minutes record no objections; the vote was AYES — Bob Rowe, JoKay Rowe, Larry Walsh and Al Ziegler; ABSENT — John Russo; NOES — none.
