Riverside-Brookfield recognizes three students named to Illinois All‑State softball teams

The administration asked the audience to "give it up for Mia Melendez" after listing the accomplishments.
Coach Emma Gerald praised the players' leadership and said, "We had a great season. These two played a massive role in it. They were great leaders." The board congratulated the students and wished the senior well in her final year.
