CPMT members were briefed on the status of the Tazewell County CSA audit and related documentation during the May 18 meeting. Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates (RFC) requested CSA sample data (25 records and ten service agreements); the coordinator reported the requested samples were uploaded to RFC on May 7, 2026. The packet included a "CSA Audit FY2025 - Preliminary Observations" document and related attachments; members were told a response to the Office of Children's Services preliminary observations is due by May 28, 2026.
CPMT also reviewed the Office of Children's Services June 2026 training calendar (no trainings listed at present) and were reminded about the 15th Annual Commonwealth of Virginia Children’s Services Act Conference scheduled for Oct. 14–15, 2026 at the Hotel Roanoke, with a joint pre-conference for CSA coordinators, CPMT and FAPT members on Oct. 13. OCS Office Hours will resume in September 2026.
The coordinator noted the RFC audit originally had a due date of May 11 but that the coordinator provided the requested data on May 7.
