Windy Hills appoints two to Tree Board and honors longtime Councilwoman Rademaker

Rademaker for 18 years of service, establishing July 10 as Councilwoman Rademaker Day and dedicating a tree on the Green; those in attendance applauded. The signed proclamation will be kept at City Hall and an unsigned copy posted on the city's website.
City Attorney Timothy Mayer administered the Oath of Office to the 2025 councilmembers during the meeting; the new terms begin Jan. 1, 2025 though the swearing occurred Dec. 9. Mayor Roberts acknowledged incoming Councilmember Paul Morris, who attended the meeting.
