The Windy Hills City Council approved routine business and accepted a clean annual audit at its Nov. 11 meeting.
Councilwoman Kate Greer moved to approve the minutes of the Oct. 14 meeting; Councilwoman Marianne Rademaker seconded and the motion carried with no discussion. Councilwoman Rademaker then moved to accept the October financial reports (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet); Councilwoman Greer seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Councilwoman Greer moved to approve October bills totaling $81,715.90; Councilwoman Rademaker seconded and the council approved the payment.
Later in the meeting, after an audit presentation, Councilwoman Suzanne Spencer moved to accept the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 audit; Councilman Steve Teaford seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The meeting also included a first summary reading of a proposed revision to Rental Ordinance #110 (see separate coverage). With no further business, the council adjourned at 7:46 P.M.
