At 9:03 a.m. Trustee Lee Hammen moved and Trustee Marcia Trentlage seconded a motion to enter closed session under State Statute 19.85(1)(e). The motion carried by unanimous vote of the board. The board reconvened in open session at 9:29 a.m. after a motion by Trustee Lee Hammen, seconded by Trustee Norb Karner, which the board approved unanimously. The minutes state that no action was taken on matters discussed in closed session.
The board adjourned at 9:30 a.m. following reconvening. Clerk-Treasurer Jennifer Weyenberg drafted the meeting minutes dated May 28, 2025; the minutes show the board approved the recorded actions and approvals at a later indicated approval date in the document header.
