The board approved reducing Peck Holdings (Glick Woodworks)’s financial security to $483,741.50 based on RETTEW’s June 10, 2026 recommendation. Supervisor Mark Erb made the motion, Supervisor Randy Fox seconded, and the board voted unanimously in favor. The board likewise approved reducing Kinsley Properties’ security for KW Cornerstone Lot W‑3 to $336,042.08 per RETTEW’s June 11, 2026 recommendation; that motion also passed unanimously.
The board voted to release the remaining financial security for Phil Hershey’s stormwater management plan at 870 Bridge Valley Road following RETTEW’s June 19, 2026 recommendation. Supervisor Erb moved and Supervisor Fox seconded; all voted in favor.
The supervisors scheduled conditional‑use hearings for August 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for two applications: Jared and Nicole Hess (Hess Seed and Services; CU App 2026‑55) and Vistablock Chiques Crossing LLC (Mount Joy Road; CU App 2026‑56). Both scheduling motions passed unanimously.
