Lancaster Select Board signs warrant, approves minutes and seals non-public minutes under RSA 91-A:3 II(l)

During the Feb. 18 Select Board meeting in Lancaster the board completed routine administrative actions and handled a short non-public session.
A motion by Selectman Shane Beattie, seconded by Selectman Kathy-Jean Lavoie, to approve minutes from Feb. 3 (work session, regular and non-public), Feb. 6 (bond public hearing), and Feb. 10 (special meeting) was called and approved unanimously.
The board signed the warrant for the upcoming town meeting; Town Clerk Charity M. Baker said the signed warrant will be posted to the town website.
The board voted to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II(l) to consider legal advice. The roll-call motion to enter non-public was made by Selectman Beattie and seconded by Selectman Lavoie, with all three members voting in the affirmative. The board entered non-public session at 7:36 p.m., returned to public session at 7:53 p.m., and then voted to seal the non-public minutes until the end of litigation. A final motion to adjourn passed unanimously.
