Member Ryan Nelson moved to approve the January 7, 2025 meeting minutes; Member Mike Helman seconded. The motion carried, 6-0.
Under new business, the board approved two lot-line adjustments. Alan Kirscht requested a lot-line adjustment; Member Jesse Dickinson moved to approve the request as written, and Member Tom Vanek seconded. The motion carried, 6-0. Skies Limit LLC also requested a lot-line adjustment; Member Ryan Nelson moved to approve that request as written, and Member Mike Helman seconded. That motion likewise carried, 6-0.
Member Tom Vanek moved to adjourn the Planning & Zoning meeting; Member Mike Helman seconded. The minutes record the motion and second. The minutes do not record public comment, staff presentation detail, or written conditions tied to the lot-line approvals.
