During the June 10 Planning Advisory Committee meeting, member M. Boulanger reported he is waiting for the governor's action on S.325 and noted a modification to interim Act 250 exemptions that may affect a project in Williston.
Staff asked members to email Taylor Newton and Maya Balassa with information about regional Act 250 and Section 248 projects on the horizon so CCRPC can track upcoming items. T. Newton described an internal CCRPC staff restructuring that will begin July 1, prompted by the retirement of Eleni Churchill.
Staff also flagged updates to the Vermont Significant Wetlands Inventory, noting substantial map changes in the Lamoille and Southern Lake Champlain watersheds. L. Lewack observed the wetlands map was glitchy when viewed. The meeting adjourned at 4:02 p.m.; minutes from this meeting were approved July 8, 2026.
