One commissioner described the front addition as an 8‑ to 10‑foot roof extension with a concrete area beneath; the licensee confirmed no alcohol would be served on the patio.
A motion to approve the proposed plan was made and seconded; the board voted in favor and staff will follow up with a written approval. The packet lists the application address as 105 Williamsburg Road; another packet reference uses the spelling “Whitesleysburg Road.” Staff will include the correct street spelling in the written approval.
