The treasurer, Missus Carroll, reported a beginning cash balance of $15,656,490.90, monthly revenues of $6,001,741.66 and net disbursements of $7,977,803.67 leaving a presented available cash balance of $13,680,428.89; the board approved the treasurer's report 7-0. The board also approved the July tuition reimbursement report, the personnel report, and the June'July volunteer list by unanimous votes.
Operational agreements approved included a transportation contract with Branch Bussing to serve the 2026 extended school year program and a cooperation agreement with the Scranton Counseling Center to implement the student assistance program for the 2026'2027 school year. The board also approved the sale of certain small repository tax parcels and the disposal of two boxes of outdated SRA curriculum materials from the late 1970s.
The board accepted consolidated federal grant allocations (Title I, Title II, Title IV, and Title III consortium participation) as presented; the transcript records the total allocation in a garbled numeric string and that the amount was anticipated to be small. The board accepted the resignation of Director Greg Moran, effective July 15, 2026, creating an at-large vacancy and thanking Moran for his service.
