In attendance were board members John Panetta, Kathy Gephart and Chris Baker; board members Jeremy Kaehler and Mike Williams were listed as absent. Treasurer Alleyn Unversaw attended; Superintendent Randy Dunlap was absent. Two attendees — Cathy Falgner and Sherry Moore — signed in for the meeting.
Board member Kathy Gephart moved to approve the meeting agenda; Chris Baker seconded and the agenda was approved by all present. During the Business of the Board, Board member John Panetta moved, and Chris Baker seconded, a motion accepting the resignation of Melanie Baumann as kindergarten teacher at Putman Elementary, with an effective date of Nov. 20, 2024. All three members present voted to approve the motion (3-0).
Following the vote, Gephart moved and Baker seconded a motion to adjourn. The board voted to adjourn, and the meeting ended at 7:34 a.m. No additional business or discussion was recorded in the transcript.
