Revere City License Commission approves multiple restaurant, event and vendor permits

At its regular meeting the Revere City License Commission approved a series of business and event licenses ranging from a bakery DBA change to a mobile food vendor license.
Royal Food Enterprises Inc., manager Mohammed Bridal, received approval to change its DBA to La Abuela Carmen and to return to its original bakery format while keeping current hours and seating arrangements. “We want to go back to our initial business, which was bakery,” Bridal said.
Black Marble Motorcycles (doing business as Boston Harley-Davidson) was granted a one-day common victual and entertainment license for a 'Breakfast, Beats and Bikes' show on Aug. 15, 2026, subject to vendors obtaining required health and fire permits. Applicant Gabby Einstein told the board the event will feature stationary bike displays, a DJ and a catered waffle truck and expects about 100 attendees.
La Compadres Huaxaquenos (B & M Grill) received approval to extend Friday and Saturday alcohol service to 10 a.m.–1 a.m. with a 12:30 a.m. last call and to move karaoke to Friday–Saturday, 7–11 p.m. Manager Manuel Hernandez and counsel Richard Mastone said the business has operated since 2020 with no recent licensing issues.
Chill House Inc., a proposed gelato/soft-serve shop at 435 Revere Street, was approved contingent on final inspection sign-offs from inspectional services and the fire department; manager Jason Callan said plumbing and electrical work remain in progress and the applicant will return once all permits are finalized.
Rappi Dogi was approved as a stationary mobile food vendor at 61 Squire Road to operate from 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.; owner Evan Long said the trailer will serve Venezuelan fast food and include outdoor seating and string lighting; he is awaiting a Hawker/Peddler license from another municipality and will secure required inspections.
Las Paceritas was granted a one-day entertainment license for a Colombian Independence Day celebration at McMackin Veterans Memorial Park on July 23, 2026; event manager Diana Cardona said the program will include cultural dances, singers and vendor tables and expects about 60 attendees.
The commission also approved the transfer of the Good Diner licenses to City Diner Corporation at 361 Broadway; the new manager, Brian Medina, said the operation will keep the same menu, seating allocations and hours.
Most approvals were straightforward voice motions recorded in the meeting; several permits carried conditions that applicants obtain final health, fire or inspection sign-offs before opening or operating in certain capacities.
