The roll-call result recorded: Yes – 8; Abstain – 1 (Christopher Patterson).
The board conducted the related discussion during an executive session that began at 7:46 p.m. and cited N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b) as authority for closing the meeting to the public to discuss matters rendered confidential by state or federal law and personnel issues (including the superintendent’s self-evaluation and personnel matters).
Separately, the board appointed Theresa Linskey as a Business Office Consultant at $100 per hour, not to exceed eight hours per week, from on or about March 30, 2026 to on or about June 30, 2026, pending completion of required new-hire documents.
