The motion to approve was seconded and adopted by voice vote.
Platte River Prairie mini-storage: The board approved a conditional-use permit to establish a mini-storage facility, with three planning-commission conditions: no water or sewer service to storage units, no outdoor storage of items, and exclusive use as a storage-rental business. The motion carried by voice vote.
Semiquincentennial resolution: The board adopted a resolution endorsing local participation in America's 250th anniversary commemoration on 07/04/2026, noting county banners and an employee celebration. The resolution will be sent to the state's America250 commission as a certified copy.
