The Stamping Ground commission approved a schedule of farmers market dates for Buffalo Square and voted to waive business license fees for market operators on those dates.
Commissioner Dale Perry said the commission had previously approved use of Buffalo Square at no charge and provided specific market dates. The commission voted 3-0 to waive business license fees for the market on June 20; July 4 and 18; Aug. 1 and 15; Sept. 5 and 19; and Oct. 4, 2025. The minutes indicate the fee waiver applies on those dates if the market operators sign the city’s waiver form.
The city clerk will email market information to Commissioner Cody Meadows, who was not present, and the commission deferred other event-related items until he can participate.
No fees or specific vendor lists were recorded in the minutes; the action recorded was a local, one-time fee waiver tied to the listed dates.
