The commission agreed to a short prioritization survey that will list potential community actions (PCAs) drawn from the comprehensive plan and the 5‑year document; commissioners will rank each PCA as high, medium or low priority. Staff will circulate objectives and PCAs in advance so members can add items or suggest edits. Commissioners also discussed forming a smaller subgroup to draft recommended priorities for the full commission’s review.
