The roll-call vote to enter executive session was taken; the meeting record then proceeded to the executive session motion and the public portion concluded with no appointment announced in open session.
Candidates were thanked for their willingness to serve; the council did not make a public appointment during the open meeting and indicated the appointment decision would be handled in executive session as allowed by state law.
