Charlemont assessors flag measurement and photo discrepancies during property inspections

Hayden identified three specific follow‑ups: 26 Riddell Road, where a measurement was off and re‑measurement is needed; 336 South River Road, where the Board should confirm whether a basement exists under a mobile home; and 12 Thunder Lane, where the correct photo of a garage apartment is still needed.
Board members agreed to revisit the properties, confirm measurements and photos, and return their notes to Hayden for record correction. The minutes do not include corrected property‑card values or the dates of the follow‑up visits.
